In 2002, Lilian together with her husband, James Morten, established the company JLM EDUCATIONAL TRAINING with the aim of promoting the 12 MERIDIANS AND 5 ELEMENTS WORKSHOP.

Lilian Tibshraeny-Morten was born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa. She started her career in the healing arts as an Occupational Therapist.

In 1984, Lilian received her certification in Reflexology by Dwight Byers from the International Institute of Reflexology and became the South African Director for the Institute in 1986. From these small beginnings Lilian went on to establish eleven Reflexology branches in South Africa. Through the years she has worked with Dwight Byers and taught in the UK, USA, Europe, Singapore and Kuwait. In 1998 she immigrated to the USA to become the Director of Education for the International Institute of Reflexology in St. Petersburg, Florida. Lilian resigned from this position in December 2001 to start her own company - JLM Educational Training.

Lilian trained under Anthony Porter, from the UK in the Advanced A.R.T. Method of Reflexology and has recently completed her training as a Massage Therapist at the Humanities Centre in St. Petersburg, Florida.

In 1994, Lilian completed her training in Acupuncture at the Acupuncture Training Institute of South Africa and was privileged to further her studies in China at the Beijing International Training Canter. She was fortunate to have gained valuable experience training under the experienced Doctors at the Beijing Acupuncture Hospital.

This Acupuncture experience enabled Lilian to develop a training program for the 12 MERIDIANS AND 5 ELEMENTS WORKSHOP, which she has taught in South Africa, USA, Zimbabwe and the UK These workshops are specifically designed to expand the scope of practice for the Reflexologist as well as the Massage Therapist, however anyone in the bodywork field will benefit from this course.
